Hello -
Welcome to Bounce Back From Divorce

I’m Hanna Perlberger, the founder of Bounce Back From Divorce and your dedicated partner on the journey to healing and transformation. With over 30 years of experience as a family law attorney, I’ve walked alongside countless individuals navigating the complexities of divorce.

Over the years, I witnessed many clients fall into the same traps after their divorces, often returning to me to dissolve second and even third marriages. The emotional toll of these experiences not only impacted them but also devastated their children, leaving an indelible mark on their lives.

This pattern opened my eyes to the urgent need for support at a time when individuals are often left to navigate their feelings alone. I realized that the aftermath of divorce can be an isolating and overwhelming period filled with uncertainty and pain.

It became my mission to equip clients with the tools they need to break this cycle and move forward with confidence and purpose. By focusing on emotional healing and personal growth, I aim to help my clients reclaim their lives and thrive after divorce.

My Story

My journey has been both professional and profoundly personal. When my first marriage ended after five years, I found myself in an emotional free fall similar to what many of my clients experienced. It was a disorienting time, especially as I grappled with the guilt of knowing my three-year-old son would lose the intact family I had envisioned. I felt like I had failed, and this guilt weighed heavily on my heart.

I began seeking alternative healing approaches, which led me to the world of holistic wellness—a paradigm emphasizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Inspired by these transformative ideas, I became a certified coach and integrated holistic principles into my law practice.

Over the next decade, I dedicated myself to deepening my coaching expertise by pursuing advanced certifications in divorce recovery, dating and relationships, and positive psychology. This knowledge proved invaluable, especially after I remarried; I found that the skills I developed as a coach fortified the foundation of my marriage, providing the tools to nurture love, communication, and resilience in our partnership, ultimately contributing to the strength and happiness we enjoy today.

After 30 years of practicing law, I made a pivotal decision to step away from my legal career and fully embrace my passion for coaching. This shift allowed me to align my professional life with my deepest purpose: to support others during one of life’s most challenging transitions. By providing a structured pathway post-divorce, I enable my clients to emerge not as victims of their circumstances but as empowered individuals ready to embrace new beginnings.

Healing is not linear but rather a complex and beautiful process. I draw from my rich tapestry of personal experience, professional training, and holistic principles to guide my clients toward renewed hope, strength, and, ultimately, the life they envision. I remain committed to embracing lifelong learning, continuously seeking new insights to share in my practice, and ensuring that each day, I remain not just a guide but also a fellow traveler on the path of healing and transformation.
